Return Policy

Machines

Order Cancellation:

If you cancel your order before it has shipped, a 10% fee will apply to cover credit card processing and administrative costs.


Returns:

Please note: Returns of machines are not possible.

As a medical-grade device, each machine is specifically designed and manufactured to deliver precise and safe hydrogen therapy. Once shipped, the integrity of the device and its components cannot be guaranteed if returned, making it unsuitable for redistribution. Additionally, the highly personalized nature of these devices means they are exposed to direct contact and usage, which aligns with policies for medical equipment that prioritize safety and hygiene.

To ensure the highest standards, all machines undergo thorough quality inspections and rigorous testing before shipping. This guarantees that every customer receives a high-quality, fully functional product.

We understand this policy might feel restrictive, but it is in place to ensure you receive a brand-new, reliable machine that meets our stringent quality and safety standards.


Accessories

Accessories can be returned within 5 days of delivery:

- Domestic Returns: A 10% fee will be applied to cover return shipping and processing costs.

- International Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping/processing cost and a 5% restocking fee.

All returned accessories must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Tablets

Tablets can be returned within 5 days of delivery, provided the packaging is unopened and intact:

- Domestic Returns: A 10% fee will be applied to cover return shipping and processing costs.


- International Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping/processing cost and a 5% restocking fee.

Opened or used tablets are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs for machines are included in the price for all domestic and international orders.

Accessories & Tablets

Shipping costs for accessories and tablets are not included in the price and will be calculated at checkout.

Import Taxes & Duties

- For international orders, import taxes and duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are determined by customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

While we understand these costs can be inconvenient, they are outside our control. Import fees vary by country and are required for items entering international borders. As a growing business, we are unable to cover these fees. However, we are actively working to establish distributors in more countries to streamline availability and reduce additional costs for our customers.


Delivery Time

- Within the United States: Shipping typically takes up to 1 week from the date of dispatch.


- Outside the United States: International shipping usually takes up to 2 weeks, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
