Getting Started #
Please watch the video below before getting starter:
- Attach the power cord to the device and plug into a grounded power supply.
- Turn on the Power Switch on the back of the machine. Display will read “OFF.”
- Open the H2 Outlets on either side of the machine. To avoid pressure buildup inside the machine, it is important that the H2 Outlets on both sides are open when machine is running.
- Press the Power On/Off button to turn machine on.
- Use the Set Time (+) and (-) buttons to change run time in 30-minute increments. Default/minimum run time is 30 minutes. Maximum run time is 10 hours, minimum is 30 minutes.
- Connect desired H2 attachments (e.g. cannula, diffusion rod, goggles) to the H2 Outlet(s)).
- Tap the Start/Stop button to begin flow of hydrogen. Tap the Start/Stop button again to pause or stop flow of hydrogen.
- Night Mode: Press the Night Mode button to turn off the interior tank light and dim the display. Press the Night Mode button again to return to normal lighting.
- Volume Adjustment: Press and hold the Night Mode button, and press the Set Time (+) or (-) buttons to increase or decrease the volume.
Product Overview #
Types of Therapy #
Hydrogen Inhalation #
Watch the video below before starting:
Basic guidelines:
- Use the included nasal cannula.
- Recommended session: 30 minutes to 2 hours per day, based on personal tolerance. READ THIS PDF for more infomation about recommended protocols.
- The HW600 features dual ports, allowing two users to inhale simultaneously.
- Each port delivers half of the total hydrogen output — either 300 ml/min (HW600) or 150 ml/min (HW300).
- If you want to achieve the full output on a single therapy, you can connect both outlets using the side tubes with the T-connector. In this setup, only one person should use the machine at a time.
- Please note: If you’re using only one port, you’re receiving half the intended dosage, so the recommended inhalation time should be doubled.
For example:- With the HW600, we typically recommend 1 hour of inhalation. If using only one port (300 ml/min), we suggest extending the session to 2 hours.
- With the HW300, one port provides 150 ml/min, so we recommend up to 4 hours of inhalation for similar benefits.
Eye and Ear Therapy #
Watch the video below for more information:
- The earphones and goggles can be used separately or together, each connected to one of the two H₂ outlets on the machine.
- To use both therapies at once, connect one to each outlet.
- To get the full hydrogen output, use the T-connector to combine both outlets and connect only one attachment at a time.
- Start with 15 minutes and adjust as needed.
- For dosage guidance, please refer to the protocols section.
Hydrogen Water Infusion #
Watch the video below for more information:
To infuse water with hydrogen:
- Attach the diffusion rod hose to one H₂ outlet on the machine.
- Fill a glass or stainless steel bottle with clean water.
- Start hydrogen production first, and once the gas begins flowing, place the diffusion rod into the water.
- Be careful not to touch the top of the rod (where hydrogen bubbles out) with your fingers to avoid clogging.
For proper function and hygiene, please follow our maintenance protocol.
Infusion Time Guidelines:
HW600: ~10 minutes for 1 gallon (3.8L)
HW300: ~20 minutes for 1 gallon
Precautions #
- Operate device in a well-ventilated area.
- Do not smoke during use or near device.
- Device should be at least 8in / 20cm from a wall during use.
- Device should be kept upright at all times.
- Empty water from the tank prior to transportation.
- Device may become warm after prolonged use; this is normal.
- Do not block the air outlets on the sides of the device.
- Do not submerge in water.
- Use distilled water (TDS = 0) ONLY.
- Do not use tap or any other non-specified water.
- Do not expose device to extreme heat (above 104°F / 40°C) or cold (below 40°F / 5°C).
Troubleshooting #
Contraindications #
- Do not use the device if you have epilepsy or heart failure
- Infants and young children under three (3) years should not use the device
- Pregnant or nursing women should consult with their doctor prior to using the device.
Cleaning & Maintenance #
- Protect device from dust & moisture.
- Disconnect from power source when not in use. Disconnect all hoses/tubes when not in use.
- If the machine will not be used for more than 14 days, drain the water from the tank. Fill with fresh distilled water before next use.
To drain the tank:
Remove the drainage connector from the back of the machine and insert into the drainage port. Water will immediately begin to flow out of the tank. Allow water to drain fully from the tank. Once tank has fully drained, remove the drainage connector from the drainage port.
Important Note:
While the video may show a prompt to refill the tank, please do not refill it if you’re planning to travel with the machine or ship it back to us.
For safety and to avoid damage, always keep the machine fully drained and dry during transport. This is especially important for warranty returns or when flying with the unit.
If you’re unsure or need help, feel free to contact our support team anytime at [email protected].
To clean & disinfect humidification chambers:
- Remove the humidification chambers from sides of the machine.
- Every four (4) weeks, rinse with hot water.
- Every twelve (12) weeks, soak humidification chambers in a solution of hot water and vinegar or a mild detergent for thirty (30) minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
- Replace the humidifying bottles, ensuring the correct side is facing up.
To replace resin filter:
- Use the provided hex wrench to open the bottom of the filter element.
- Remove the old resin filter and replace.
- Tighten the cover with the provided hex wrench. It is recommended to replace every 1000 hours.
- To find total hours, press and hold Start button when in standby mode.

Digital H2 Meter #
Digital H₂ meters are helpful tools for estimating the level of dissolved hydrogen in your water, typically within the range of 1.2–1.6 ppm. To test, simply insert the sensor into a fresh glass of hydrogen water and wait for the reading to stabilize. However, it’s important to note that these meters cannot detect supersaturated levels (above ~2 ppm), and results can vary depending on temperature, minerals, and altitude.
Another common method is using H₂ Blue Drops, which indicate the presence of dissolved hydrogen through a color change. While useful, this method also has many variables — such as water pH, timing, and purity — that can affect accuracy. Both tools provide a general indication but are not precise scientific instruments.
For a deeper understanding of how to use both methods correctly and what can affect your readings, please refer to our detailed guide: How to Use Your H₂ Meter and H₂ Blue Drops.
