Warranty Rules & Information #

Machine Warranty #

Our HW300 and HW600 Hydrogen Optimization Machines come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

To keep your warranty valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • Always use high-purity distilled water (or equivalent) to prevent mineral buildup.
  • Follow all maintenance guidelines in the user manual, including cleaning schedules, proper storage, and correct water filling levels.
  • Do not open or attempt repairs yourself — this will void your warranty.
  • Avoid using incompatible accessories, unapproved attachments, or any third-party parts not provided by Axiom H2.
  • Operate the machine only in a clean, dry, well-ventilated environment. Avoid extreme heat, humidity, or dusty conditions.
  • Prevent water or other liquids from entering the vents or electronics of the device.

     

Warranty will be void if:

  • Tap water, mineral water, or any unapproved liquids are used.
  • Physical damage occurs due to drops, impacts, spills, or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or servicing are performed.
  • The device is used outside recommended environmental conditions.
  • Damage is caused by neglecting routine cleaning or maintenance.

Hydrogen Water Bottle Warranty #

Our Hydrogen Water Bottle is designed for up to 3,000 hours of use and comes with a one-year limited warranty, provided the product is maintained and used according to guidelines.

Warranty will be void if:

  • Unfiltered water is used or the included filter is not installed.
  • Water containing chlorine is used, which can damage electrodes.
  • The backwash cycle is not performed every 100 hours of runtime.
  • The super-saturated cycle mode is run twice in a row (“double cycling”), which may damage the unit.
  • Improper maintenance procedures are followed, such as:
    • Opening the device without using the pressure valve
    • Using fast charging methods
    • Placing any components in the dishwasher

Consumables & Accessories #

Consumables and Wearable Accessories such as SSH tablets, nasal cannulas, diffusion rods, goggles, and moisture capture cups do not carry a warranty due to their nature and regular wear-and-tear.

To ensure the longest possible lifespan and best performance from your accessories, follow the care instructions in our Maintenance Guide.

How to Claim Your Warranty #

  1. Register your product within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty by clicking here.
  2. Keep your proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  3. If an issue arises, contact [email protected] with:
    • Your product details
    • Proof of purchase
    • A description of the issue

       

  4. Our support team may offer troubleshooting steps or request that you return the product for evaluation.
