Value is subjective and may be determined based on factors such as run time, appearance, date of purchase, and market demand.

Opened and/or used water bottles are not available for return.

Do not ship any product until authorized – unauthorized packages will not be processed or refunded.

If the return is authorized, it must be properly packaged. Improper packaging could result in damage during transit and will void the refund.

Proper packaging is defined as equivalent to the original packaging. It includes an inner product box, protective padding materials (foam inserts, covers, etc.), and an outer shipping box.

If you are unsure or unable to package the device properly, please indicate this in your return request. We can ship the appropriate materials to you for safe return. The cost will be deducted from the refund.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If outside the U.S. or EU, duties, customs, taxes, VAT, etc. may also apply.

If you would like a prepaid return label, please indicate this in your return request. This option is only available in certain markets. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Do not ship any used accessories.

Once a return is received and inspected, your refund (minus applicable fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
