HW600 & HW300 Cellular Optimization Machines

5-Year Limited Warranty

This 5-Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to HW600 and HW300 devices purchased on or after January 1, 2025, from an authorized seller.

The Company warrants that the Device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the original purchase date, provided the Device is used, operated, and maintained strictly in accordance with the user manual and maintenance instructions.

This Warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable, except where required by law.

Warranty Coverage

If a defect in materials or workmanship arises during the Warranty period under normal and intended use, the Company will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the Device, or
• Replace the Device or defective component with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value, or
• If repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable or fails to resolve the defect, provide another reasonable remedy as required by applicable law.

Any repaired or replaced Device or component will be covered for the remainder of the original Warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty for HW600 and HW300 devices does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (cosmetic damage, fading, scratches, dents, surface degradation)
• Consumable parts or components designed to degrade with normal use, unless otherwise required by law
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper handling, installation, or storage
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification, alteration, repair, or servicing
• Damage caused by use with unapproved or incompatible accessories or consumables
• Damage resulting from power surges, electrical issues, fire, flooding, or acts of nature
• Products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers

 

Super Saturated Hydrogen-Rich Water Bottle (SSH Bottle)

1-Year Limited Warranty

This One (1) Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to SSH Bottles purchased on or after January 1, 2025, from an authorized seller.

The Company warrants that the SSH Bottle will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use and when used in accordance with the user manual and care instructions.

This Warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable, except where required by law.

Warranty Coverage

If a defect in materials or workmanship arises during the Warranty period under normal and intended use, the Company will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product, or
• Replace the product with the same, functionally equivalent, or newer version model, or
• If repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable or fails to resolve the defect, provide another reasonable remedy as required by applicable law.

Any repaired or replaced SSH Bottle or component will be covered for the remainder of the original Warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty for SSH Bottles does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (cosmetic damage, fading, scratches)
• Battery degradation or reduced battery capacity over time
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Damage from improper charging, unapproved accessories, or unauthorized repairs
• Damage from failure to follow cleaning, care, or maintenance instructions
• Products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers
• Consumable components or accessories unless otherwise required by law

 

Consumables & Accessories

Consumables such as H2 Tablets are not covered under warranty.

Accessories including tubing, filters, water kits, carrying cases, chargers, and other non-consumable components are also not covered, unless damaged upon arrival and reported within five (5) days.

 

General Terms for All Products

Conditions of Warranty

This Warranty is valid only if:

• The product is operated strictly according to the user manual
• All required cleaning, care, and maintenance procedures are properly performed
• The product is used only for its intended purpose under normal conditions

Warranty Claims Process

To obtain Warranty service:

• Contact customer support at [email protected]
• Provide proof of purchase, model, and serial number
• Provide a detailed description of the issue

The Company may require the product to be returned for inspection. Shipping instructions will be provided. Return shipping is covered for approved Warranty claims.

Implied Warranties

Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of the applicable Limited Warranty (five (5) years for HW600/HW300 and one (1) year for SSH Bottle), to the extent permitted by law.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, revenue, or data. Remedies under this Warranty are the purchaser’s exclusive remedies.

Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Consumer Use

This Warranty applies only to products purchased for personal, household, or consumer use. Products purchased or used for commercial, professional, or institutional purposes are not covered unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Governing Law

This Warranty and Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Warranty

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty for future purchases. Any changes do not affect products purchased prior to the effective date of the modification.
