If you received the device but did not open the package, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery by contacting [email protected]. Include your order number in the email.

Do not ship any product until authorized – unauthorized packages will not be processed or refunded.

Returns must be shipped within 10 days of authorization.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If outside the U.S. or EU, duties, customs, taxes, VAT, etc. may also apply.

Returns will only be accepted if packaged in original packaging and unopened.

If you would like a prepaid return label, please indicate this in your return request. This option is only available in certain markets. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Once a return is received and inspected, your refund (minus applicable fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
