What Our Warranty Covers
Under this premium warranty, Axiom H2 provides zero-cost repair or replacement, including complimentary shipping both ways, for any functional defects that interfere with proper performance. Coverage includes:
- Internal component failures
- Electronic malfunctions
- Structural defects not caused by external damage
- Manufacturing or workmanship issues

What Is Not Covered
While our devices are built to endure daily use, the warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

Consumables & Accessories
Consumables such as H2 Tablets are not covered under warranty.
Accessories including tubing, filters, water kits, carrying cases, chargers, and other non-consumable components are also not covered, unless damaged upon arrival and reported within 5 days.
