All Axiom H2 Machines and H2 Bottles are backed by a 1-year limited warranty, ensuring protection against defects in materials, craftsmanship, and internal components. Every device is engineered and tested to the highest standards, and this warranty ensures a worry-free ownership experience.

 

What Our Warranty Covers

Under this premium warranty, Axiom H2 provides zero-cost repair or replacement, including complimentary shipping both ways, for any functional defects that interfere with proper performance. Coverage includes:

• Internal component failures
• Electronic malfunctions
• Structural defects not caused by external damage
• Manufacturing or workmanship issues

What Is Not Covered

While our devices are built to endure daily use, the warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

Consumables & Accessories

Consumables such as H2 Tablets are not covered under warranty.

Accessories including tubing, filters, water kits, carrying cases, chargers, and other non-consumable components are also not covered, unless damaged upon arrival and reported within 5 days.
