Machines and Supersaturated Hydrogen Water Bottles

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders canceled before shipping are subject to up to a 10% processing fee to cover administrative and payment gateway costs.

  • For our Supersaturated Hydrogen Water Bottle, the cancellation fee is 3%.

  • If you paid using certain payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Klarna), additional non-refundable processing fees may apply depending on their terms.

Returns:

  • Used or opened machines and water bottles are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

  • If you receive the product but do not open the package, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery by contacting [email protected].

  • Once approved, the return must be shipped back unopened and unused, in original condition and packaging, within 10 days.

  • Refunds for unopened returns are subject to:

    • Up to 10% processing fee for domestic (U.S.) orders

    • Up to 20% restocking fee for international orders

Warranty & Defects:
If your machine arrives damaged or is not functioning as intended, please contact [email protected] within 5 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, arrange a repair or replacement.

Accessories

Includes tubing, filters, water kits, carrying cases, chargers, and other non-consumable components.

Return Window:
Accessories may be returned within 5 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Restocking & Fees:

  • Domestic Returns: Up to 10% processing/restocking fee

  • International Returns: Up to 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping and import charges

Tablets & Consumables

Return Window:
Tablets or other consumables may be returned within 5 days of delivery, only if unopened, unused, and in tamper-sealed packaging.

Opened Items:
For safety reasons, opened or partially used items cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is included in the listed price for both domestic and international orders.

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender:
If a package is returned due to a failed delivery attempt (e.g., incorrect address or unavailability), a 10% restocking fee will apply. The customer will also be responsible for reshipping charges.

Import Taxes & Duties (International Orders):
Import taxes and duties are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility. These are determined by your country’s customs authority.
We are actively working to establish more local distributors to help reduce these fees for international customers.

Return Process

  1. Contact [email protected] within 5 days of delivery to request return authorization.

  2. Items must be shipped back unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 10 days of approval.

    Original packaging includes:

    • The inner black product box

    • All protective packaging materials (foam inserts, covers, etc.)

    • The outer shipping box

    Please do not return only the inner product box, as this may result in damage during transit and affect your eligibility for a refund.

  3. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund (minus applicable fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  4. Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded.
