Tablets and other consumables are not eligible for return.

Accessories are not eligible for return. This includes tubing, filters, water kits, carrying cases, chargers, and other non-consumable components.

Orders canceled before shipping are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover administrative and payment gateway costs.

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt (e.g., incorrect address or unavailability), a 10% restocking fee will apply. The customer will also be responsible for reshipping charges.

Damaged packages: If a device arrives damaged and does not function properly, please contact [email protected] within 5 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or repair. To see warranty information, click here.

Since all machines are fully tested before shipping, they will show some runtime hours and may have a small amount of distilled water inside.
